Why Students Need Career Counseling?
Many students remain unaware of their hidden talents, making it challenging to pursue paths they’re uncertain about. The concept of a “dream job” often eludes us, leaving many grappling with indecision.
When faced with a multitude of options, students frequently find themselves at a crossroads, lacking sufficient knowledge about the various career paths available and their corresponsing requirements, resulting in misguided decisions.

CA Monica Baldawa
At just 22 years old, Rtn. CA Monica successfully completed her Chartered Accountancy (CA) course, gaining valuable professional experience in Pune before transitioning to Kolhapur. Fueled by her passion for teaching, she established her own academy, which now enrolls approximately 500 students in Accounts and Finance courses.
In addition to her CA qualification, Rtn. CA Monica holds a Diploma in Information Systems Audit and an M.Com from Pune University. Her impressive credentials also include certifications as a Global Career Counselor by the University of California, Los Angeles Extension, and as a Counselor for International Studies and Career Analyst by Edumilestone.
Rtn. CA Monica has conducted over 300 seminars in various colleges and schools on topics such as financial literacy, career guidance, and soft skills. She is also a member of BNI Vishwa and the Rotary Club of Kolhapur.
Currently She serves as a Career Counselor, having founded Choice Careers. She also actively participates as a Partner at Lahoti Kasat & Co, a reputable CA firm in Pune. Moreover, she founded Choice Careers Academy in Jaysingpur, dedicating a decade to teaching there. Expanding her reach, she collaborates with the Financial Planning Academy in Mumbai, offering coaching for esteemed international courses such as CMA US, ACCA (UK), CFP, and CPA US.

Psychometric Evaluation
An exhaustive assessment utilizing a range of globally recognized Psychometric Tests, including assessments for Aptitude, Personality, Interests, and Multiple Intelligences.
Analysis of Career Report
A comprehensive report is compiled, detailing not only your aptitudes and interests but also providing insights into your personality traits.
Personalized Career Counseling
The student and their guardians join a one-on-one session with the lead counselor, who uses the career report insights to help identify strengths and potential career paths, empowering informed future decisions.

Our psychometric test is a comprehensive tool designed to provide students in grades 8 to 12 with insights into their unique strengths, personality traits, and career interests. Each test uses scientifically-proven methods to assess a student’s skills and preferences, offering a clear path toward potential career fields that suit their profile. With results delivered within 24 hours, students can confidently move forward in their educational journey. Available at a special price of Rs. 500 (originally Rs. 2000), this test is an investment in their future.
Personalized Counseling Sessions
